Round 2 of the Perry Cup and Branston Ladies were drawn away again at Aston Wood.
The team of 5 were Cherry, Desley, Mandy, Rita and me with Perry Cup Captain Helen there, to meet and greet before the match.
The best day, weather wise since the wet and windy weekend and some sunshine at long last.
We lost 4 games to 1 but a close finish on 2 games which were decided on the 18th.
Thanks to playing partner Arleen,originally from Chicago and well and truly settled in the Midlands.
Some learning points for me today; my short game is still the weakest part of my game and with some help from Branston Ladies in the post match debrief, some great tips on what makes their short game consistent.
